Pricing

You should know roughly what this costs before you call.

Starting prices are published because vague pricing wastes everyone's time. After we understand your scope, you get a fixed number in writing — and that is what you pay.

Every project is different. Starting prices show the minimum investment for a properly designed and developed project. See the full pricing breakdown →

What we do

Websites and online stores first. Everything else on request.

Web design and e-commerce are what we do most and what we do best. We also build custom software and mobile apps when a business needs them.

Web Design

From C$2,490

A professional business website built around how your customers actually decide — structure, design, build, tracking and launch.

E-Commerce Web Design

From C$3,990

Online stores on Shopify or WooCommerce, with Canadian tax and shipping configured properly and product pages built to convert.

Shopify Development

From C$3,990

New Shopify builds, redesigns, migrations, theme customisation and custom sections — for stores that need to sell, not just launch.

Website Redesign

From C$2,490

Rebuild an outdated site without losing the rankings you already have. Redirects mapped, content preserved, structure improved.

Web Development

Booking systems, quote calculators, customer portals, integrations — the functional parts of a website, built properly.

Mobile App Development

iOS and Android apps, from a scoped first release through store submission and ongoing releases.

Custom Software

Internal tools and business systems built around how your operation actually runs, rather than how software wants it to.

Logo Design & Branding

From C$490

An original mark drawn for your business, with the colours, type and files to use it everywhere — and the source files in your name.

Google Ads Management

From C$390/mo

Campaign build and management at a flat monthly fee rather than a percentage of your ad spend, in an account that stays in your name.

Website Copywriting

From C$140/page

Pages written from an interview with you and priced per page rather than per word, structured to be found and to be quoted.

How it works

Six steps, and you know the price before step three.

No discovery invoices, no scope creep, no surprise change orders halfway through the build.

  1. Tell us about the business

A short call or a form. What you do, who buys from you, what you want the website to bring in. No technical questions.

  2. Strategy and scope

InceptiCode comes back with a page-by-page plan and a fixed price. You approve it before anything is designed or built.

  3. Design

The key pages are designed properly, with your content in them rather than a wireframe. Two rounds of revisions are built into the price.

  4. Development

The approved design gets built — responsive, fast, with forms and tracking wired up as part of the work.

  5. Review

A staging link goes to you, and you go through it properly. Content, links, forms, phone numbers. Anything wrong gets fixed before launch.

  6. Launch

InceptiCode handles DNS, hosting and the cutover, submits the sitemap to Google, and confirms tracking is recording. Then we stay reachable.

Why InceptiCode

Reasons you can actually check.

Not adjectives. Things you can verify before you spend anything.

You see the price before we start

Starting prices are published on this site. After we understand the scope you get a fixed number in writing, and that is the number you pay. No discovery invoices, no "that's out of scope" halfway through.

The site is built to generate enquiries

Forms, tap-to-call, quote flows and tracking are part of the build, not an upsell. You will be able to see how many enquiries the site produced and where they came from.

Our work is publicly visitable

Every project in our portfolio links to the live site. You can open it, use the forms, and see how it behaves on your own phone before you contact us.

You own everything

The domain, the hosting account, the website files and the content are yours. If you ever want to move, you can, and we will help you do it.

We build for local buyers

Service pages, service-area pages, click-to-call, Google Maps, Search Console. The unglamorous work that decides whether a local business gets found.

One team, straight answers

You deal with the people building the site. We normally reply within one business day.

Questions

The things people ask before they get in touch.

How much does a website cost in Toronto?

Our business websites start at C$2,490, and most business projects land between C$2,490–C$4,990. Online stores start at C$3,990, with larger stores typically C$5,900–C$8,900+. What moves a project up the range is page count, custom functionality, integrations, whether we write the content, and multilingual requirements. You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts.

How long does a website take?

A straightforward business website is usually three to five weeks from approved scope to launch. Larger sites and online stores typically run six to ten weeks. The single biggest factor is how quickly content and feedback come back from your side — we will tell you the honest timeline for your project before you commit, not an optimistic one.

Do I own the website?

Yes. You own the domain, the hosting account, the website files, the design and the content. Everything is registered in your name, and you get the logins. If you ever decide to work with someone else, you take it all with you and we will help with the handover.

Can you redesign my current website?

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. The important part of a redesign is not the look — it is keeping the search rankings and traffic you already have. We map your existing URLs, set up proper 301 redirects, keep the pages that are earning visits, and improve the structure around them.

Is hosting included?

Hosting is not included in the build price, and we deliberately keep it in your name rather than reselling it to you. We will recommend a suitable host for your site, set it up, and hand you the account. Typical hosting for a business site runs a few hundred dollars a year, paid directly to the host.

Do you provide SEO?

Every site we build includes the technical foundations: page titles, meta descriptions, canonical URLs, structured data, a sitemap submitted to Google Search Console, fast loading, and a sensible page structure. That is what makes a site eligible to rank. Ongoing SEO — content, links, local listings — is separate work, and we will tell you honestly whether you need it or whether InceptiCode should point you at Google Ads instead.
